Meet the 3 Land Ladies

We are the brains behind the operations here at our little family-run land business.  We work hard every day, making land ownership a reality for those who have dreamt about it.

Is that something you've been dreaming about?  We can help you get there!

Christy

Christy is a proud mom of Lauren and Rebecca, her daughter partners in 3 Land Ladies, and Ian, her son.  She is also Nana to her beautiful granddaughter, Eleanor or Ellie!  Christy spent over forty years as a registered nurse then Family Nurse Practitioner.  She is retired from nursing, working full-time in land investing and loving it!
She loves the outdoors and camping.  The mountains are heaven for her.  Which makes land investing fun!  Lots of mountain properties out there!
She has two dogs and three cats.  Yes, she is an animal person!

Lauren

Land investing is a reprieve from Lauren's fast-paced life.  It provides a measure of work-life balance in the context of her dual employment by the federal government and for her baby's school.  She cherishes the time she gets to spend with her mom, Christy, and sister, Rebecca, and appreciates the opportunity to help others that this venture allows.

At the end of the day, everything Lauren does is for her daughter, Ellie.  Lauren and her husband enjoy bringing Ellie on all of their adventures, like camping and fishing, and there is nowhere Ellie likes to be more than outside.

Rebecca

A graduate of Lindenwood University in 2012, Rebecca went on with her BA in English to work at a small, rural library in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri in 2014.  In 2017, she returned home to Saint Charles, where she was introduced to the idea of "land investing."

With her mom and sister, she became one of the 3 Land Ladies and since 2018, she has been investing in land and enjoying every moment of it.

When she isn't looking for a good piece of land to purchase or help someone else find some, she is a voracious reader.  Fantasy novels are her jam, and she's currently in the middle of the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson.  Chocolate is something she probably couldn't live without, and she absolutely refuses to watch a movie where an animal gets hurt.

Animals are people, too.
